Stakeholder Engagement & Public Outreach

Public Transportation Education | Recruited, trained and led a team of more than a dozen college students who performed public education about an upcoming public transit referendum. The teams connected with almost 3,000 individuals at more than 50 events.

Childcare Subsidy Transition Outreach | Led the customer and stakeholder outreach during a transition to a centralized case management system for a statewide childcare subsidy program. Developed and delivered call center staff training on effective referrals to human services and other supports.

Public Safety Broadband Communications & Outreach | Led statewide communications and outreach effort to prepare local public safety and emergency management agencies for the implementation of the national public safety broadband network.
